I am an environmental, social & governance (ESG) professional and inclusive leader with a passion to make a sustainable difference. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing an enterprise-wide ESG program, strategy, and reporting infrastructure while engaging others to live, work and lead more sustainably.

I graduated from Revelle College at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. I completed a Master of Public Administration, certification in Sustainable Business Practices from UCSD extension and earned the designation of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) from the CEP Institute of Santa Clara University. Currently, I’m pursing my designation as a Certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P) through the Association of Climate Change Officers.

I also founded and led an Employee Resource Group of more than 400 LGBTQIA+ employees and allies in alignment with the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, served as a Diversity Champion, led a CSR workgroup and Sustainability Steering Committee.
